At Comberz, each order is created with care — many of our products are custom made or personalised to suit your preferences. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders, Refunds & Exchanges:

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to resell or alter items once production has begun.

However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily assess the issue and arrange for the product to be fixed, reprinted, or replaced, depending on the situation. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’re always here to help where genuine faults occur.

Production & Printing:

Our printing dates take place on the 1st and 16th of every month.
Please note that all orders can take up to 10 working days to be completed from the relevant printing date.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been completed, a waybill and tracking details will be sent to you.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier services.

Important Notes

Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.
Comberz cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers once orders have been dispatched.
